1. To share the message of Christ in the rural, neglected areas of Zambia, gathering disciples into small, simple, discipleship oriented churches in such a way that that they will not be dependent on any outside influence to perpetuate a movement of self-led, self-propogating, self-supporting churches.
2. To care for the most vulnerable of orphans, gathering them into small clusters of homes that will be led by Zambian house parents who will raise these children to the glory of God. They will be given the advantages of a quality education thru 12th grade, the love and care of quality parenting, and the liberating message of Christ which will enable them to become the leaders of tomorrow. These clusters of homes will form a self-supporting cooperative business. The entire operation will be overseen by a Zambian Director and a Love’s Door 4 All Nations Area Supervisor according to our Standards and Policies.
3. To bring wholistic, Christ-centered, empowering development to these neglected areas. We will live among the people we want to serve – offering our lives as well as our efforts in order to see the transforming power of Christ elevate the people in a wholistic manner. We will bring educational services, job creation, health, microfinance, gardening, and water purification services.
4. We have started our first base of operations in the Mandia Community of villages in the Kazungula District of Southern Province, Zambia. We have purchased a plot of land and have already built one orphan home that is in process of being operational. Some of our staff are currently living in the village area, while others still commute from town. We are currently building a church – not of cement and stone, but of renewed Zambian lives. We are also involved in bringing water and sanitation development, small scale educational development and training for farming reform.
5. Our goals for the coming years:
6. We are committed to training, empowering, partnering with local Zambians with the goal that within 7-10 years of the inception of our Southern Zambia base, the original founders and other Western staff will be able to be replaced in a responsible manner by Zambains. All of our projects and partnerships will be organized with this value as central, so that the work will not become dependent on us, but will be totally sustainable.
