Serve with Us

Short-term TeamsShort-term Teams

Teams of 4-15 people may come to serve with us for a period of 2-8 weeks. There are a variety of things your team may do, based on your preference and our need at the time – tutoring orphans, sports, kids programs, door to door evangelism and ministry. We will coach and train you in all the things we ask you to do. Everyone will spend a day at the Victoria Falls and tourist sites. Participants should be at least 16 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. We ask the leader to fill out the application and be responsible for the team. The cost per person per week is $150 per week, plus airfare (approx $1600 from USA).

InternsInterns

We invite interns who love Jesus and want to serve to come for 3 – 6 months (if you want to serve longer you must go thru a more intensive training in our values).  Your assignment will be dependent on your gifting and experience. It may range from mechanical help to church planting. Be prepared to serve, be flexible, be teachable, be zealous to give your life for the poor and the orphan. Our application process is rigourous so start 3 months in advance. The cost is $400 per month (for a Westerner) plus airfare.

Long-term StaffLong-term Staff

If you want to serve for 3 or more years you may come for 6 months for an “engagement period” as an intern, then go to CPX Training for 3 months and return to serve in Zambia for 3 years. This is the same application and cost as an intern.

 

 


Serve at HomeServe at Home

You may want to serve in some administrative role at home. Things such as research, website and social network maintenance, grant writing, desktop publishing, fund raising, etc. Contact us with your area of expertise and we will try to partner in some meaningful way with you.
